Insurance and indemnity for dental practices and professionals, including the accountability questions raised by AI in dentistry.
Co-Founder & Director of All Med Pro
Co-founder of All Med Pro, a specialist firm supporting dental, healthcare and life sciences organisations. I write and speak about how risk, cyber and AI are changing these sectors.
I co-founded All Med Pro in 2011 with a simple aim: a specialist firm that genuinely understands how healthcare and life sciences organisations work.
Today the All Med Pro team works with dental practices, healthcare providers and life sciences businesses, from biotech and medtech to clinical trials.
My view is simple: it all starts with understanding the risk. That means looking at how people, property, technology, suppliers and patient care depend on each other.
More and more, that conversation includes cyber risk and how AI is being used in clinical and research settings. It's an area I write about regularly, because the questions are changing faster than many insurance programmes.
My journey
Some of the milestones along the way, from setting up All Med Pro to the conversations I'm having today.

We were told competing with the medical defence organisations on dental indemnity would be almost impossible, so we set out to challenge that.

What I do
Insurance and indemnity for dental practices and professionals, including the accountability questions raised by AI in dentistry.
Risk management and cover for healthcare organisations, where workforce, finance, cyber, equipment and business continuity risks are increasingly connected.
Specialist cover for biotech, medtech and clinical trials businesses, with a close eye on how AI and regulation are reshaping the risk.
Helping organisations understand whether they're covered at all, and whether that cover would actually respond.
Where does AI sit in your organisation, what decisions depend on it, and have controls, contracts and insurance kept pace?
Starting with how your organisation really works, then building cover around it, rather than selling individual policies.
Insights
NHS England's risk management paper highlights how workforce, finance, cyber, equipment and business continuity risks feed into each other. Insurance should reflect that.
With the MHRA's 2030 strategy, the question is: where does AI sit in our organisation, what decisions depend on it, and have controls, contracts and insurance kept pace?
As AI tools enter the surgery, who is accountable when things go wrong? It's a question the profession needs to answer now.
AI is already in the room across healthcare, but the risk conversation hasn't kept pace. Here are three questions every practice, clinic and lab should be asking.
What people say
“I have worked with Adam for a number of years and he has always delivered an excellent service across our business and personal insurance and indemnity requirements.”
“Adam is very client focused and strives to provide a genuine service. I would recommend him to anyone for their business insurance because his knowledge and approachability is second to none.”
Beyond work
Away from insurance, I'm a husband, a dad and a footballer who isn't ready to hang up my boots. Here's a little more about what matters to me off the clock.
My dad took his own life in 2006. It changed everything for me, and it has been my driver ever since: to make a success of things, and to be a great husband, dad, friend and teammate.
Life today puts a huge amount of pressure on people: work, money, family, and the constant feeling that everyone else has it all figured out. Too many people carry that weight in silence, putting on a brave face while struggling inside, and often the people closest to them have no idea.
That's why I try to be there for people. I'm a proud supporter of mental health causes, because a conversation, a check-in, or simply having someone in your corner can make all the difference. If someone you know has gone quiet, reach out. And if it's you, please talk to someone. Things can and do get better.
That same instinct shapes how we run All Med Pro. Behind every practice, clinic and lab are people under real pressure, and I want them, like the people in my own life, to feel that someone is in their corner.

I'm still turning out on a Saturday for Chiseldon Saturdays and with the Chiseldon Vets. The legs aren't what they were, and the recovery takes a fair bit longer these days, but I wouldn't swap it. If I'm honest, it's less about the football and more about the people: the dressing-room banter, the mates, and the post-match catch-up.
I also run Marlborough Town FC Ladies, which is one of the best things I do all week. A great group, and a lot of fun.
I'm a husband and a dad to three children, two girls and a boy. They keep me grounded, keep me busy and remind me every day what really matters.
I love travelling and seeing new places, and I'm a big fan of motorsport and cars. They're how I switch off and recharge.
